• Support emails: If you contact us for support, we retain your email address and correspondence to help resolve your issue.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit the content of job posts you analyze, the proposals you generate, or your Upwork/Fiverr login credentials. All job-page analysis happens via anonymized API calls.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the extension functionality.
• To process one-time license purchases through Creem.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve product features based on aggregated, non-identifiable usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
